Facilitator Certification Training
NCTI is a recognized leader in providing cognitive behavior change curricula and Facilitator Certification Training in community corrections/community supervision venues. At the forefront of NCTI?s philosophy is the belief that individuals in community corrections/community supervision need to learn skills that facilitate change and foster pro-social behavior. Over the past 25 years, NCTI has developed techniques that encourage individuals to explore the need to change.
Certification is required for individuals and organizations wanting to implement NCTI?s cognitive behavior change curricula. The curricula may be used for juvenile and adult populations with the specific curricula provided to meet the criminogenic needs of the offender group.
NCTI?s Cognitive Facilitator Certification Training is available to private practitioners, probation officers, corrections officers, non-profit groups, counselors, educators and schools. This fast-paced, interactive training provides participants with the skills to facilitate NCTI?s cognitive behavior change curricula.
NCTI provides additional resources to ensure successful implementation and to allow for ongoing skill proficiency. These resources include NCTI website access for trained facilitators, teaching aids, technical assistance and implementation consulting. NCTI?s Facilitator Certification Training curriculum is accredited by APPA, and is approved for 35 Contact Hours.
