Who's Got the Power
Purpose
To help participants understand the difference between being in control and being out of control and make decisions to better control their emotions.
Possible Pitfalls
People often find it easier to see faults in others and not in themselves. Make sure participants realize they can only change their own behavior. Be sure that the participants understand your definition of “in control” and “out of control.” (See worksheet question #2.)
